Common questions
Does GST apply?
No. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing extra on top.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open Settings → Plan & billing and click Manage subscription to cancel through the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Stuck? Email support@deepgreensea.au.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade?
Open Settings → Plan & billing and click Manage subscription. You can switch plans directly through the billing portal — no emails needed. Your quotes and history come with you. Stuck? Email support@deepgreensea.au.
Do I have to use ServiceM8?
Only on Pro. Solo works standalone, you send the quote from Rafter and manage your jobs however you like. Pro is for tradies who already run ServiceM8 and want the two to sync automatically.
Is there a per-user charge?
No. Flat pricing means one price for your whole team, 1 person or 15. That's a deliberate difference from Tradify, Fergus, and AroFlo. Their pricing punishes you for growing. Ours doesn't.
